Booking Confirmation:
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the commencement of the service.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Guest House Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Car Rental Terms:
A valid driver's license and credit card are required for all car rentals. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Fuel, parking, and toll fees are the responsibility of the renter.
Water Sports Participation:
Participants must sign a waiver of liability before engaging in any water sports activities. Life jackets must be worn at all times during water sports.
Insurance:
St. Anthony Tours & Travels recommends that all customers obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and other risks.
Damage and Loss:
Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to the guest house property, rental cars, or water sports equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer.
Behavioral Conduct:
St. Anthony Tours & Travels reserves the right to refuse service to any customer exhibiting inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, excessive noise, damage to property, or any illegal activity.
Force Majeure:
St. Anthony Tours & Travels is not liable for any service interruptions or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Amendments:
St. Anthony Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to their booking.
